He is a married man with five children. He has been a refugee from Congo since 1996 and is currently living in Nairobi, Kenya, with his family.

Our Vice Chairperson holds a bachelor’s degree in business law from the Kigali Independent University (ULK). The Vice Chairperson, Harera RUPIYA, worked as the Assistant Director and Revenue Collector in Goma, Congo. He worked with this agency for five years. Therefore, he is among the organization’s board members.
